Roasted mixed peppers marinated in garlic and thyme with a confit of salted cod with paprika infusion.

Grilled Beef mignons served with a selection of mini seasonal vegetables and pan fried foie gras dressed with a drizzle of Pedro Ximenez Sherry
Pan fried monk fish served on a bed of fidegua Spanish pasta with piquillo peppers and creamy garlic reduction.
Free range corn fed chicken wrapped in ham, served with pobre style potatoes and saffron
A layered tower of polenta, beef tomatoes, braised onions, pan fried spinach and mushrooms, topped with manchego cheese and a vintage balsamic dressing.
